5. Shipping, Delivery & Non-Deliver
- Orders are shipped both within the UK and internationally.
- Delivery times vary and are estimates only.
- If you do not receive your order, you must notify us within 30 days of the purchase date via orders@thegrumpygeordie.uk.
- We are not responsible for issues reported after this 30-day window.
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom nature of print-on-demand items:
- Returns are not accepted unless an item is faulty, damaged, or misprinted.
- For eligible issues, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and order details.
- We may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Affiliate-linked items are governed by the return policies of the third-party retailers. Please refer to their websites for return procedures.
7. Optional Accounts
- Account creation is optional.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account login credentials.
